Moab: A Natural Wonder

Hiking Trails

If you’re one to grab a backpack loaded with some water and trail mix to spend the day exploring the hiking trails, then you’ll love Moab. Everything from 10 minute short walks to 7 mile extended hikes for the experienced hikers. You’ll explore some of the more remote areas and see parts of the desert that not everyone can see. You’ll want to bring your camera and an extra set of batteries to capture all of the scenery you’ll encounter when you take some time to take it all in and appreciate the wonder that is Moab.

Sand Dunes

There’s nothing like strapping your helmet on and spending some quality time with your four-wheeler and some land. Just outside of Moab, you’ll encounter white sand dunes that are just begging for you to ride. Within Moab, there are numerous trails that are suitable for ATV traffic and most of the public land surrounding the national parks are ATV friendly. Load up your trailer, or toy hauler and bring that 4-wheeler to get some much needed miles in on it. You won’t regret it.

Fisherman’s Paradise

The fisherman in your party will be talking about their experience in Moab for years to come. The Colorado River presents plenty of opportunities to cast a line and spend the day enjoying the scenery and catching some dinner. If lake fishing is more your style, then you’ll be amazed at the options you have for catching some trout. Within the lakes in Moab, you’ll find rainbow, brown, brook and cutthroat trout, just waiting for you to snag and take home.

Arches National Park

If you enjoy visiting and seeing some of the most amazing natural wonders that the state of Utah has to offer, you certainly can’t go wrong here. You’ll see beautiful cliffs, massive arches, and breathtaking views that will make you want to put your camera down and soak in. You can even park your RV just outside of the park entrance, so you won’t have far to go to see some amazing landscapes.
