All full and part-time employees are eligible for vacation leave benefits. Part-Time employees working 20 to 30 hours per week will earn vacation on a prorated basis. Full-time employees are those working 30-plus hours per week. Vacation accrual begins on the first day or full- or part-time employment. Vacation can only be used after it is earned. Vacation is accrued according to the below schedule.
- After one year of Employment, 1 week
- After two years of Employment, 2 weeks
- After four year of Employment, 3 weeks

Employee Referral Bonus Program
Nielson RV is proud to offer a generous bonus for qualified candidates that are referred by employees. The bonus ranges from $100 - $1,000 depending on the position in which a referral is hired for. There is no limit on how many referral bonuses an employee can receive! Employees must submit for bonus at the time of hire.
Other benefits employees are eligible to receive
- Referral program (Employee must be enrolled) earn up to $500 unlimited
- Bring in a consignment and get $250 unlimited
- Refer and signup someone for RV storage and get $25
- Nielson Development Referrals: Refer friends and family for home building or commerical building. Get $5,000 no limit. (See Scott directly with referral).
